What's your minimum engagement?
£40k for a defined project, £14k / month for retainers. Below that we are not the right fit, and we’ll happily refer you on.
How quickly can you start?
First call within a week of your brief. Most engagements start within 4–6 weeks of agreement, though we hold a 25% buffer for urgent launches.
Do you work outside the UK?
Frequently. About a third of our clients are based in EMEA or North America. London is our base, the work is global, and the time zones are something we plan around.
What happens after I send a brief?
A partner reads it that day. We reply within 24 hours with a one-page response — what we’d do, what we wouldn’t, and a calendar link. The first call is 30 minutes, free, no deck.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — happily. We have a mutual NDA we can countersign in an hour. We also keep most engagements off our public site until the client is ready.
Can you work with our internal team?
Most of our work is collaborative. We embed in your tools (Notion, Linear, Slack, Figma), and most engagements end with your team owning the system.
