These terms set out how Halftone Studio Ltd (“we”) engages with you (“you”). They are deliberately short. A bespoke MSA can be substituted on request.
Scope & deliverables
Each engagement is governed by a Statement of Work. The SoW lists deliverables, dates, and price. Anything outside the SoW is a change request, scoped and signed off in writing.
Fees & invoicing
Project engagements are billed 50% on signature, 50% on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Net 14 days. Late fees of 4% per month over base apply after that.
IP & ownership
You own the deliverables on full payment. We retain rights to our background tools (e.g. Atlas core libraries, internal frameworks). We may show the work in our portfolio after launch — we’ll always ask first.
Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Work to date is paid pro-rata.
