The launch-room playbook

How we run launches like A-team software releases — site, paid, OOH, PR, podcast — out of a single room for fourteen days.

Launches break when too many channels are run by too many vendors. Our model is simple: one room, two weeks, every channel.

A launch room runs like incident response. Pinned Slack channel. Daily 8am stand-up. Live dashboard pinned to the wall. Every paid creative, every press push, every site update routed through the same flight controller.

The Northrange Series-A campaign produced 2.4M impressions in 14 days from one Slack channel and a 90-second film. The launch room is what lets a 6-person team run like a 60-person one — for two weeks.
