01 · Brief

The brief

Kiln makes the most interesting industrial robots in Europe. Nobody knew. They had a hiring problem, a press problem, and a content engine that produced 1.5 posts a quarter.

02 · Approach

How we worked

We ran their editorial like a publisher: a quarterly journal, a podcast (‘Tolerance’), a film series following one robot from CAD to factory, and a distribution playbook across LinkedIn, YouTube and trade press.

03 · Outcome

What landed

Twelve months in, organic traffic is up 4.6×, the podcast has 12k subs, and 317 qualified engineering applicants cited the journal as how they found Kiln. The series got Kiln on the cover of MIT Tech Review.
